Steve Procter has worked within health and fitness since 2003 with both general and high-performance populations, including: The National Hockey League (NHL), Toronto Maple Leafs, Ballet Theatre Australia, and York Fire.

He graduated summa cum laude from York University with a BSc Specialized Honours Kinesiology & Health Science as well as a certificate in Fitness Assessment & Exercise Prescription before completing his MSc in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. He also works as a Personal Trainer, Exercise Physiologist and as a research clinical evaluator.

Steve is a native English speaker but can treat in intermediate level French.

1st Session Goals:

  • Understand your condition and its root causes

  • Keep active without making things worse

  • Plan for recovery and preventing recurrence

  • All sessions are $95 (no tax) & 30 mins

  • Insurance receipts provided

  • $70 fee for appointment changes <24 hours’ notice

  • Booking requires a credit card (you are not charged in advance). Booking can not be done by phone
